Data and purposes

When you request a demo, we process your name, professional email, company, product of interest and the message you submit. We use this information to respond to your request, assess service fit and maintain the commercial relationship you requested.

Legal basis and retention

The legal basis is your consent when submitting the form and, where applicable, taking steps before entering into a contract. We retain the request while a relationship or commercial interest exists and for the periods required to address legal liabilities.

Recipients and transfers

Data is hosted by infrastructure providers required to deliver the service. We do not sell personal data. When a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we require a valid safeguard under the GDPR.

Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by email. You may also withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
