Data and purposes

When you request a demo, we process your name, professional email, company, product of interest and the message you submit. We use this information to respond to your request, assess service fit and maintain the commercial relationship you requested.

Legal basis and retention

The legal basis is your consent when submitting the form and, where applicable, taking steps before entering into a contract. We retain the request while a relationship or commercial interest exists and for the periods required to address legal liabilities.

Site analytics

We measure use of the public website in three ways, from least to most detailed:

• Our own counter, without cookies. Our server counts public page views grouped by day and by route, external referrer domain, device type, browser and country. It uses no cookies or identifiers, does not store your IP address or your browser string, and leaves out requests carrying Sec-GPC: 1 or DNT: 1. This is anonymous statistical data and we keep it for at most twenty-five months.
• PostHog, with your consent. If you accept the cookie banner we load PostHog (EU region) to measure visits, build heatmaps, record the sessions of anonymous visitors with every form field masked, and log browser errors. Once you sign in we stop recording and identify you only by an internal identifier, without your email or name.
• Fathom, with your consent. With the same consent we load Fathom (data isolation in the EU), a cookieless analytics tool, to measure visits, traffic sources and campaigns.

If you reject the banner or your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, no measurement script is loaded. The cookie policy describes each tool. PostHog and Fathom keep data for the periods of their service, which we review periodically.

Recipients and transfers

Data is hosted by infrastructure providers required to deliver the service. We do not sell personal data. When a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we require a valid safeguard under the GDPR.

Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by email. You may also withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
